All products sold on Luxuryvertumobileindia.in have a 20 day replacement warranty with it. The products that have any manufacturing defect or else damaged in the transportation are eligible for replacement under this warranty. If you happen to have a defective product, then mail us on Help@luxuryvertumobileindia.in
 
Note: The 20 Day replacement Warranty only works for manufacturing defects and shipping / transport damage or if there is a wrong product delivered to you due to some mistake on our part. It generally doesn’t happen, but human errors sometimes occur. It does not cover damages caused due to normal wear or tear and any tampering or carelessness on the customer end.
 
We will exchange the product with a similar new product. In case a similar product is out of stock and not available, then Luxuryvertumobileindia.in will provide you with an option to choose an alternative product of the same cost. Most importantly, we request you to not throw away the packing materials as it will help you send the product back to our warehouse. 
 
We have completely simplified the returning procedure so that you do not have to take any effort at all. 

To return product, kindly follow the following procedure:
1. As soon as you notice a defect or damage, notify us via Call (+91 9867-140-315) or email ( Help@luxuryvertumobileindia.in ).
2. We arrange everything, right from the pickup and drop of the package to your home, so you do not have to leave your house even. Our courier delivery boy will come over to your place to pick the package.
3. We will mail you an invoice and our shipping address upon you registering the complaint. You have to Print that invoice and address and stick the address on to the package.
4. When our courier boy arrives, you just have to hand over the package and the invoice to him and he will do the rest. You don’t have to pay a single penny in all these. We cover it all. 

(Please note that the pickup service is not available in all the areas. So if you happen to be staying in a place where pickup service is not available, then you just have to take the package to the nearest courier centre and drop off the package there. Our team will do the needful from there).
 
Notes: Please make sure that the packing is in a good condition and undamaged otherwise there is a chance that the improper packaging can damage the product in the shipping process, so we request you to please be a little careful about the packing.
